They are in charge of generating the material dunes inside the duct, injecting compressed air according to the differential pressure established between the air duct and the conveying duct.

The fluidizers are installed along the conveying network at +/- 3 m spacing. They allow to start the conveying system in case the line is saturated with material after shutdown. They keep the conveying speed constant.

Manufactured in stainless steel 304 with clamp type clamps and molded silicone gaskets. 2" air pressure gauge with ¼" NPT BCK connection. MSC200-8th NP air regulator.
