General Description
The self-cleaning baghouse supplied by INGEMOL S.A. is a continuous cleaning system, capable of extracting dust particles as small as submicron size from contaminated air streams.
Within the dust cleaning solutions, the bag filter is the most efficient of those known to date and in some cases it can operate with collection efficiencies of 99.95%, which allows it to comply with environmental control standards.

The sweep air volume is absorbed by the sleeves and only a small part of it reaches the clean air chamber, making a negligible increase in back pressure noticeable during the sweep shock.
In order to keep the disturbing effect of the air shock in the countercurrent on the system within minimum limits, the pulse duration should be set to no more than 200 milliseconds, depending on the product and load, by calibrating the pulse duration and frequency controls on the sequential programmer.
