Sand-blasting

Sand-blasting is a process used to clean, abrade or texture a surface by using compressed air to propel abrasive particles (such as sand) at high velocity through a nozzle. This process can be performed on a variety of materials, including metal, glass, stone and wood, and it is important to perform it with proper protective equipment due to dust generation and exposure to abrasives.

Ingemol S.A. has its own facilities suitable for the sand-blasting process, with a total area of 40 m² and a bag filter capable of removing 320.000 Am³/h.
