Metering valves
INGEMOL S.A. dosing valves have been specifically designed to control the flow of material by means of a rotor with cavities that rotates inside a cylindrical housing, preserving the waterproofing conditions of the equipment, upstream and downstream of the valve. They are used in handling powdery products in all types of air pressure, ensuring an excellent pneumatic seal. They can be used mainly in dust collecting equipment, as feeders in pneumatic conveying systems or as volumetric dosers. Its use in dust collectors or silos, working continuously, prevents the accumulation of material in the hopper, preventing already separated particles from being dragged back towards the sleeves.

Double pendular valve
Installed in the discharge of the hopper to prevent the entrance of false air to the filter and evacuate the captured material, they are composed of a casing inside which is installed a gate made of sheet. This gate operates by the gravity weight of the material and a counterweight that causes it to close, drop the material and immediately recovers its initial position to repeat the cycle. Pendulum valves allow the material to pass through, without allowing gases to enter. Designed for ease of assembly and maintenance.
Rotary valves
This valve allows the evacuation of material and in turn prevents the entry of false air. Composed of a square housing, a rotor and an actuator. The rotor is provided by a few blades and fits perfectly minimizing air or gas escape, while feeding or discharging the material.

Regenerative blower
In a regenerative blower, the compression space consists of a circular hollow ring between the tips of the blades and the casing walls. In operation, the rotation of the impeller extracts air from the inlet port into the compression space and moves it radially outward from the housing by centrifugal force. The action is called "regenerative" because the air passes through the impeller blades and returns to the base of the next alabe to create a re-acceleration
Compressed air cleaning and purging system with cyclone separator
This equipment is used to prevent water arrival to the jet pulse cleaning system of the bag filter. A series automatic purge filter is added, removing up to 99.9% of water from the system. The
water from the separator will be expelled by means of a drain with a timer valve that automatically purges.
Centrifugal blower
This generates the movement of air through the bag filter and ducts. It is centrifugal type, with cantileaver rotor, high efficiency, simple input.
Damper pneumatic drive
are gates that regulate the passage or isolate the flow of gases. Its design includes a flanged metal box at the ends that forms the main structure. Inside this box is a fin mounted on a steel shaft, which can be opened or closed to allow or block the passage of gases. This fin is controlled by a double-acting pneumatic cylinder, which provides the necessary movement to operate the gate accurately and efficiently.

Expansion joints
They are responsible for absorbing the axial and lateral movements of the duct.
The joints are composed of an expansion cavity forming a flexible bellows in Kevlar textile material or sheet, inside have internal sliding ducts.
Compressed air network
Fluidifiers
They are responsible for generating the dunes of material inside the duct, injecting compressed air according to the differential pressure established between the air duct and the transport.
Fluidifiers are installed along the transport network. They allow to start the transport system in case the line is saturated with material after the stop. They keep the transport speed constant.

Arrival camera

Blast gate
It is used to protect the bag filters in case of explosion, allowing the depressurization of the equipment by opening a gate. Installation of Sequential Controllers (isp) Goyen Mecair
Goyen Mecair’s ISP sequential controller is an advanced device used in industrial dust collection systems and filter chambers. Its main function is to coordinate the operating sequence of the reverse pulse jet valves. This controller is based on information provided by a differential pressure sensor on the filter, which detects an increase in differential pressure, indicating the need for cleaning.
The controller is available in versions with 12, 20 or 40 outputs and operates in sequential mode. These solutions are designed to address both simple and complex needs, ensuring high control accuracy and reliability. ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Manual damper
The manual damper is installed in the suction network of the raw material filter and its function is to allow or interrupt the flow of gases to the filter, which allows to regulate the flow manually. These slurry-type sluices allow passage or isolate the flow of gases. Its mechanical component consists of a metal box flanged at its ends, forming the main structure where a fin mounted on a steel shaft is installed inside.

VDF board
The VDF board (Frequency Inverter) is a self-supporting equipment with IP55 protection, made of 14/16 gauge Cold Rolled sheet with anticorrosive base in zinc and finished in electrostatic paint color RAL 7032. It has a forced ventilation system and a 9W 100~240VAC LED lighting activated by microswitch. It also includes a control transformer.

Diverter Pot
This device is installed in the direction changes of the straight sections of the hovercrafts. It consists of an inspection gate that is placed at the top and allows fluidization air to enter the bottom.
Buffer tanks
The lung tanks serve as compressed air accumulators, in these tanks are placed the pulse valves, mounting bases, solenoid valves, purge filters and compressed air networks, and other own control and safety accessories of such equipment, are made of steel structural pipe, previously tested to ensure its performance in operation.
Filter cages for filter bags
The baskets are structures composed of electro-welded vertical drawn rods, with separators. in stainless steel depending on the need protected with paint, to withstand chemical attacks and aggressive environments. In the upper entrance is composed of a veneer, to multiply the cleaning air and a flange to protect the fixing spring of the sleeve. At the bottom it has a metal disc (mirror) to avoid ruptures of the textile material.
Lateral discharge cylindrical diverter valve

The lower part of the valve is permanently aerated to avoid dead areas during the transport of material.
Filter sleeves
They are sewn in the form of talega and are used for the separation of dust from the air stream, usually manufactured in punched felt, with triple stitching or with temperature bonding. The filter sleeves are supplied in the selected material according to the requirements of the process to be decontaminated and in the dimensions that are required; they are made under strict quality standards. At the bottom they have a textile disc and a double fabric reinforcement to prevent friction breakage, in the mouth they have a steel strap, which when expanded makes seal on the sleeve holder sheet. This is why these types of sleeves are called self-fixing or fixing (Snap Band). The sleeve is manufactured along with a triple seam, in thread of the same material.
Installation of the Air Amplifier
It is a simple, lightweight and cost-effective tool that takes energy from a small volume of compressed air to generate a large air flow at high speed and low pressure.
Simply put, multiply the flow rate. For each unit of air that you insert into the device, a flow rate 4 times higher is created.

Regulatory filter installation
It is a pressure regulating filter that stores condensates present in the air and discharges them to the outside automatically by means of a float. It is activated by pressure difference by discharging the contained water. These filters are standard on all sleeves and can be replaced or approved with others without problems.
Automatic drainage system
This is usually installed at the entrance of the filter’s lung tanks, just like the regulating filter at the air inlet, the automatic drain collects condensates and discharges them automatically, can also be replaced by elements of other brands.
Installation of caucholone hose
It is a maho - female graphed high pressure hose with the aim of facilitating the final connection between the compressed air network and the entry point to the tank or filter lung tanks.

The connection between the high flow valves and the multi-valve boxes is made by means of 6mm high pressure plastic hoses with external diameter (OD), this hose can be replaced by any brand, only the diameter must be taken into account for connection to the fittings
Installation of quick fittings or connectors
They are elements that serve for the connection between the hoses and the valve body, are known as fittings, quick hose couplings or prestolook couplings. They can be easily replaced independent of the brand, just know the diameter of connection to the hose and the diameter of the thread required

Hovercrafts
It is also called Air Activated Conveyor or Pneumatic Gravity Conveyor. This is essentially a rectangular duct divided into an upper part (Dirty Chamber) and a lower part (Clean Chamber) by means of a 5 mm thick canvas, made of 100% polyester material.
The material is fed by the upper part of the porous medium. Air pressure is introduced by the lower part or clean chamber.
Air penetrates through the porous medium and fluidizes the material allowing it to slide or run and creates a continuous flow from the inlet to the outlet.
Double stage blower
It is a machine that generates air movement with significant flows, low load loss and is the most used in general ventilation. This generates the movement of air through the bag filter through the suction network. It will be centrifugal type, with cantileaver rotor, high efficiency, simple input, with the following manufacturing characteristics. (Assembly and engine adaptation included).
